If the insurance is willing to pay the maximum coverage 50 thousand but the plaintiff wants 60 thousand does that mean the at fault driver can’t be sued personally, and it’s over?

Hello, My son was in a car accident and found at fault. He was a driver on my insurance policy. The moped driver received injuries my car was damaged. My insurance paid for the my car damages. The moped driver had no registration or insurance. I received a letter from my insurance saying that the moped driver received injuries and is suing me. My insurance will pay $20, 000 but he is seeking more than that. I was notified to get in touch with a lawyer. When I contacted my insurance she said it is too soon to get a lawyer now. What should I do? 🙏🏾

Hello, question if available. I Got in a car accident, I rear ended someone in a traffic jam who continued the chain totaling 3 cars I hit. My car is totaled I have liability insurance, 25k of policy limit for damages and 25k per person medical but maxing at 50k per accident. Only one person went to the hospital. Is there a chance of me getting sued for that or not having my insurance cover all the medical bills or the car repairs?
