Maybe do some stretch and soften the tendons. Stiff wrist is not good in long term

This information is wrong. Bending your wrist backwards, also known as Wrist extension, will not cause you any injuries. Infact, your wrists are in their safest position in an extended position.

Excessive extension will limit the amount of weight you can lift on this exercise, that’s about it

You’re right, but you won’t have this problem if you use a rope attachment or two, which is much better for more range of motion to the sides

U missed me with this 1. I do monkey grip with that bar and allow my wrist to bend back. It engages my triceps more. Risk of injury wouldn't happen if u use monkey grip instead of thumb around

I was doing this a lot and i was saying why people can do higher weight how I can't do triceps well then I saw wrist problem lmao since I fixed that i can feel my triceps burning everytime I do it
