I sat in a fancy restaurant for my birthday alone and was on my phone for a little bit and then I put it down just to sip my wine and be in the moment. Enjoying the energy. The people. The buzz etc. I had some waiters outright stare at me because they were so shocked I was not on my phone. Those confused & shocked glares at me was more pitiful than anything else. Thank Goddess, my parents told me to do something constructive as a child and made it mandatory. Those skills came in handy as an adult. Love you mom & dad.

I deleted all social media like three days ago and it changed everything. I get more things done, I‘m more consistent on my diet and of course I am living in a better relationship with god

My screen time used to be 14-15 hours I know that’s crazy. After deleting all social media and only having YouTube it’s down to 4-5 hours max

deadass been sleeping way too much, now it makes so much more sense. Thank you, Shimon. I couldn't have gone through this self-help journey without your words of wisdom and continuous reflection you inspired me to do. I am forever thankful. I know I am beyond capable of doing great things in this world, and because of that I promise myself and I that when graduation comes around in about a year and a half (which is insane to think about), I WILL be on that stage giving a speech.
