How to add Multiple Monitors to Apple's M3 Macbooks

I have a HP ProBook 445 Notebook and a MacBook Pro M3 max, I need a docking station that supports both whereby I can just unplug/plugin a USB-C and see 3 monitors on either laptop (monitors are 3 newer dell 27" 4Ks with both Display Port and HDMI), what would you recommend? Also, do your docking stations charge the laptops and at what wattage? Thank you.

im curious what happens when you connect it with the built in hdmi port? so lets say i get the dual monitor adapter and open my macbook while utilizing the hdmi port, i have 4 displays?

i have the base m3 14 pro, and i already have a external connector with 2 hdmi ports but it still doesent allow me to connect. Does your product bypass apples limitations of the m3 base only being cabaple of one monitor connection?

With a MacBook Pro M3 Max - could I connect 8 Monitors with using two of your docks (6x), the other USB-C Port (1x) and the HDMI (1x)?

Edit: Or even better just two of your Quad Monitor Docks? Would this be enough to drive 7x FullHD and 1x 4K Monitor?

I found that while using Display Link devices I can no longer unlock my Mac using my Apple Watch because it sees it as my screen being shared/recorded.

When having multiple monitors (2-3, or 4 even with your quad display dock) connected, when enabling Night Shift, do all monitors change to Night Shift, or only1 or 2? And would that be display dependent, DisplayLink driver dependent, or an Apple thing, if it can't enable Night Shift on all connected monitors?

I plugged the 32 inch monitor into the Apple Macbook Pro M3 via the HDMI input and it worked.
However, since I needed 2 32 inch monitors, I connected the other monitor with the Ugreen brand USBC-HDMI converter that I bought, but it did NOT work.

I bought another Ugreen usbc to hdmi converter to wonder, if the usbc-hdmi and single hdmi ports were NOT working at the same time, and the second monitor did NOT work again with dual usbc-hdmi converter.

The problem is NOT with the monitor or the cables, I tried all the combinations one by one.

There is something I don't know but what? Why can't I use monitors at the same time?
