Chris, thanks for this one. I'm a US Navy vet and am retired from LMCO. Also I'm an Amateur Radio Operator. Years ago the HF bands we were plagued with what was called the Russian Woodpecker. It was an over the horizon radar system that would change phase and frequencies all over the HF Bands. It made communication hectic. I, and many others, would match the pulses of the system and transmit CW (Morse Code) to match the pulses from the radar. Sometimes they would change frequency while we were "jamming" them. Love this video, it brings back many memories. Also, John is totally correct abouts Huntsville, AL. I live very near there and it's an incredible city if you are into science and technology.

Consider if Gillibrand and Kirkpatrick have been fully briefed on the phenomenon, but the topic is highly classified. The question would be, what is the purpose of public hearings? Maybe the purpose is to go through the motions of investigation so they can pretend to discover the truth in real time. If so, they will release info slowly, but likely nothing about legacy programs, because that would disclose 70 years of government lying on the topic. In this case, Kirkpatrick’s methodology is an elaborate smokescreen to divulge selectively what they already know.

Thanks Chris. I don't fully doubt him but it's always good to have a healthy level of distrust of former CIA. The last thing he said is what he wanted us to focus on - that all of these are extraterrestrial, implying nothing is our technology. He's also telling us to distrust certain whistleblowers, probably the ones that say that the government does have certain technology. Which seems more likely that the government wants to create psyops against; that the government knows about extraterrestrials or that the government has UFO like technology and / or reverse engineered UFOs? If he was part of a psyop to steer the narrative to UFOs from advanced secret technology, he's saying all of the right things.

A few years before my father died he revealed that while flying cross country in an Air Force bomber in the early 50’s his crew picked up a radar image of a craft moving over 4000 mph on a parallel coarse. Interestingly, it changed coarse and crossed their track. Never seen visually but upon landing the crew was met with intelligence officers that then debrief them with the well known threat of imprisonment if info was released. He carried this until just before he died but wanted me to know what had happened. He wouldn’t speculate other than to say the anomaly was probably friendly as he was aware of no military response to the craft at the time.

Really great interview. John Ramirez expresses himself clearly and in a straightforward manner. As far as I’m concerned, disclosure (although not officially) has already happened through the leaks about what the whistleblowers have and are continuing to testify about: recovered craft not made by human hands.

That alone for me is all I need to understand that we are not alone. Its an amazing concept that turns the world upside down. We are not the “alpha” species on this planet as we thought we were. In fact, we are relatively primitive with our technology compared with the technology that “the others” have. So for me, the biggest part of the mystery has been solved and I am grateful for that.

What I love about John Ramirez's briefings is how clear and concise he is in shedding light on how the government works and, in today's case, also how satellites work. This topic is well-timed, especially after the balloon incident(s). I also appreciate his candor in explaining his interest in the subject as well as his elegant way of reminding us to put up our discerning feelers, especially when we witness a "twitter-fray" of conflicting insider information. 

From where I'm sitting, it's important that we remain fluid in our interpretations as more and more pieces of the puzzle come out. The moment we get locked in to one point of view and refuse to EVOLVE it, is the moment we've decided to let the greater whole render us obsolete as it moves forward without us. This is true for our individual opinions as well as the old ways the government has had regarding "containment", to which John alluded. At any rate, THANK YOU so much for this conversation. Chris Lehto and John Ramirez, thank you both for a very interesting presentation. As a British Armed Forces soldier, I have used many of the discussed systems. As a radio amateur with specific technical interests in space and satellite communications, like AMSAT and a member of AMSAT-UK, I personally use TLE data to track and communicate with and through satellites since the 1980s. Chris, TLE data can be downloaded freely from Celestrack rather than direct from NORAD. I use to download these TLE data automatically updating every 24 hours unless we had new satellite launches and we were looking to report acquisition of signal (AOS) of a newly launched satellite. Sadly, some times the radiation from South Atlantic Anomaly (SSA) would affect the satellites onboard computers turning the data into Gobbledygook, forcing the command station to reload the satellites computers software to start all over again.
