The standard "the customer is always right" was applicable when customers acted respectful. As someone who deals with customers, this has gone out the window. Service staff DO NOT deserve the horrible way they are treated!

The Ross lady activates my fight or flight from my customer service days. It's like she thinks if she keeps going in circles enough times, she'll activate the secret cheat code that will cause the employees to be able to magic a new bag into existence, or they'll be forced to sneak into the house of the person who got it and steal it back from them

The kid stepping in between the giant dude and the little angry man was genuinely really sweet. He must have been really scared he was going to see his dad get his ass beat but he still put himself in a possition to de-escalate.

That ref isnt a "jerk" he simply decided the crap wage hes probably being paid isn't worth it compared to the verbal abuse you throw at him. Like seriously, what do you expect? He's human too . Im on his side.

On the umpire, in fairness if the parents weren't a bunch of snarky bullies he wouldn't have had anything to melt down over. You see him freaking out and KNOW that if he walks off the game is over...but you just have to get in that witty little piece of snark, didn't you? Every time I see that clip I want to smackovitch for doing that to those kids, who probably get told not to treat their peers that way.
