I use to work in that area and it's sad
to say but it was the people of that community that were dirty, I would see how people who were not homeless would throw trash on the street. Tires, furniture, clothes, food etc. It was sad to see how people would do so much damage to their own community and blame all of it to homeless and drug addiction. If you lived or are from this area you would agree. It sad but it's true

I spent some time in LA, Oakland & SF in the mid nineties. It was a sh#/ hole then but had some redeaming features. It looks like it has gone massively backwards. These things don't happen by accident.

I hate the reality we live in. We live in a world where rent and other utilities are expensive, the wrong people are in jail when the real criminals are out there. There's injustice, people take advantage of other people, certain people try to rob other people. Who knows how many wars are going on right now? There are cities where lots of drug addicts and homeless are that can't be helped/taken care of.

I'd pay 3, 000 USD for someone to un-alive me.
