It’s sooo satisfying to see the fridge empty before going to grocery store. So much easier to restock. And easy to pile up food prep.

It's just me and my goal is like $50 a week. I have a Winco and I am in love with that store because bulk is great ❤

350$ a week here in Michigan . 8 year old 5 year old 2 year old. My finance and my pregnant self
The only reason it’s so much is because of fresh food fruit and veggies . Things are so expensive here

Family of 4 from germany here. We spend about 150€ (about 162$) per week on food. Sadly in our area is no bulk section, but a lot is packaged in cardboard and glass containers and most vegetables and fruits are plastic free.
Love your videos they inspire me everyday to make better choices❤

Family of 4 here from NC. I spend around $200-$300/biwkly on food. I meal prep so I don’t overbuy and waste food that doesn’t get eaten. I love looking an empty fridge before grocery shopping day.

Idk how it is im US but I tend to buy vegetables that are currently in season! Not only they'll taste better, they tend to be cheaper, especially if you buy them strictly from a farmer. And, most of the time, are not packed in extra plastic. Right now I bought super cheap pumpkins

Canadian - family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys). We spend around 200$CAN a week. We purchase as much Canadian produced food as we can. Apples, potatoes, most fresh veg is all Canadian grown, frozen veg is almost all Canadian grown. If what we eat and drink doesn’t have to travel across the border, that is where real savings comes in.

Hi! @loveofearthco !
I have a question for you Ma'am
I am trying to go zero waste but I am a student.
It requires me to buy books (which comes covered in plastic), pens (made of plastic) and other supplies like crafting stuff.
So how do you suggest i manage that?

We're around $200/week in BC 🍁 oddly, the packaged produce here is far cheaper than the bulk. It's so sad!

When it was just me and my husband, it was $100 a week. Now, with two toddler boys and inflation, $250- $300 😮

OMG! I love it this Chanel!
I'm ashamed about the amount of waste I produce! I live alone... it's just me and my 3 cats but I trow away a LOT! I buy too much food (my eyes are way bigger than my stomach), I don't plan my meals and when I look, the food has gone bad... I waste so much money for not planning my grocery list and meals, but your channel made me rethink me habits and I really want to change! Thank you!
Btw: do you have a great recipe for green apple ice tea? I'm Brazilian and here we don't have the habit to drink ice tea and I got hooked in a German green apple ice tea brand (Krüger) that has too much sugar in it (I want a sugar free version) and makes me trow away too much plastic! I want to have a zero waste way of life!

I’ll like to see a video. What you do when it comes to people’s birthdays. Or even for your husband, like cake (vegan) do you make it or buy it. Do you do presents and when you do show us what you get when it comes.

Like $100. I only buy what I need and avoid packaged things, frozen foods, and snacks to accommodate my diet. I’ve stayed away from these items for so long it’s not hurting me mentally to let them go.

For a family of 4 (one a teen boy) living in Northern California our weekly groceries vary between 250-300. We shop at winco and sometimes I will go to other stores for specific items. Before the pandemic it was about 150 a week.

Flarduh, family of 4 including one kiddo and one Mimi. Easily spending $200/week. Cook everything at home, pack lunches, rarely eat out. Mostly shop at Walmart, Publix, and Aldi.

Me and my biological mother, never did a weekly shopping. We would go to the store occasionally. When we needed something. Basically on the day/day after the paycheck, we would do a big shopping.

Now, I live with my husband and kids, we continue that. We do at Sunday, a week of eating. What we'll gonna eat that week. And shoppings we are doing like once for two weeks. Plus occasional. We are trying to do meals with what we already have
