I guess Naruto's cons to most fans would be not having a lot of jutsu in his arsenal and chasing Sasuke

narutos true con would be that he acted very impulsive at the beginning and was kind of a shittalker, but how we learned at the beginning through iruka he did this not because of a supierity complex he did it just to cope with all the hate and negativity that was thrown to him and to work against all the downtalking he had to endure. but i can see how some people found that annoying at some times.

his only con nowadays is maybe that he turned out to be such a kind pacifist guy that he sometimes is „too good“ for his own good but i like how humble he turned out to be as an adult, he became more like minato in that sense

He still has Six Path Sage Mode, he just can't generate Truth Seeker Orbs (though I thought Naruto was given innate knowledge of all chakra nature, so he should be able to, with more hard work).
