I feel like there’s definitely a way around the stomachaches. Quirks are just mutations in the human body they aren’t magic power, so I feel like there’s a right to assume that somehow it’s interrupting a process in his digestive system or something that makes his stomach hurt. Which could be helped by someone in universe who is a really smart inventor (there is a lot of them) that can make his quirk super good and have no drawbacks
