The Golf Club That Will Change Your Game - Wilson Launch Pad 2 Irons

Показать описание
The Wilson Launch Pad 2 Irons are a game-changer for golfers who want to improve their ball flight and distance. The irons feature a wide sole design that helps with turf interaction, while the hollow head construction promotes a higher launch and greater forgiveness. The irons also have a progressive head shape, with the longer irons having a more hybrid-like design, making them easier to hit, even for those with slower swing speeds.

Just bought some and played first game with them yesterday. Had best game for a long time and absolutely love them. I would say they go further as not as many bad shots like before. Had big smile on my face watching shots actually go in the air. Can't wait to get out again with them. Thanks for bringing the joy back to my golf.

Played them for the first time today. After a scratchy start which wasn’t the irons fault I played the best round I’ve had in six months. Hit some great shots I would not have attempted with my previous irons (PXG). Shot five under my handicap on the back nine. My confidence with iron play is back. I had been over using a Ping ChipR which was out of the bag today and I started using wedges again. I’ve got the 5-SW in regular graphite. Didn’t hit a single iron shot fat or thin. After chopping and changing clubs since I came back to golf about five years ago after 15 years away, I feel like I’m playing better/proper golf like I used to when I was off 11 after only one round with the new clubs (I’m 70). A funny thing is I can’t hit hybrids to save my life but love these.

Had these clubs for 4 month now. Started the season 22.8HC. Now dropped to 18. Clubs really do help you. Recommend them if you struggle with consistency and getting the ball into the air.

I have them and I love them. After my shoulder surgery, my swing speed slow down a lot and these helped.

Have them. Play off 9. Was always interested in these type of clubs and but the bullet when I saw them on sale. Wouldn’t go back!

Would you recomend these with steel shaft or graphite for the higher end handicapers?

Looks like some Adams I had years ago.

I have bought a set as a second set. After playing with them for one round they might get promoted to my main set

Do you prefer the cobra t-rail or Wilson dynapower over the LPs?

It's funny - I love a hybrid (I have 4, 5, 6 hybrids in my bag) and I have quite a slow swing. But I could not hit these Launchpads for the life of me when I tried them a month or two ago. On the other hand, I found the DynaPowers really hittable and launchable, despite their super-jacked lofts. I tried these two, Ping 430 and Callaway Paradym, and of the four the only ones I got on with were the DynaPowers. There's a "ladies" version of them, where the only real difference seems to be the colour scheme, and those look (to my eye) far nicer than the men's colourway. In the end I didn't pick any of these four on the day, but the bottom line was that I was surprised as a hybrid fan and a slow swinging high handicapper, that the DynaPowers suited me so much more than the Launchpads.

There's something out there for everyone, mind!

Bought some of these from my local golf shop and they are great except for the fact that after two rounds the paint started falling off on all the clubs. My Pro is contacting the company but haven't heard anything back yet. Anyone else had this problem?

I've been playing since early 80s and from what I see, probably 80% av all golfers I know/have ever played with, should use these kind of irons.
And I question almost all reviews where the reviewer always start to talk about the potential bulkyness of the club they review.
Why does this even matter for a player less talented than hcp 3? Come on, is the club easy to play or not?
And have you (not you specifically, just any average reviewer) ever come to the conclusion that a forgiving iron is totally unplayable? Unpleasant to hit? Sends the ball into the woods or water? I guess not. Thanks for a great review this time!
