You didn't mention a lot of poor people buy cigarettes, alcohol and drugs the biggest waste not only the price but the health problems it causes which usually results in high medical bills the tax payers have to pay

My Dad became a 25 beers a day alcoholic. He freed up money for beer by not maintaining house. 4 foot holes in eves n bird nests i spent my college money i worked hard for $16600 so house wasnt condemned it wasnt appreciated
