good episode. constance ford is great. does anyone know if this episode is an original story or a remake, , hitchcock was great and always enjoy the show but he copied many episodes from suspense.

Ole George seemed very "excited" to be talking to that old lady! I've never seen this one but here's some ideas on what might have happened. Her husband seems like a typical narcissist-maybe he'll sneak in later, kill her, & the serial killer gets the blame. Or-guy from hardware store came to put lock on & was the killer. Or-Ole George was the killer? Just some ideas on what happened!
