As a Nigerian I can tell you that The number of crimes that happen is mind-boggling. The fact that we don’t have governments that take accountability or work to reduce crime is frustrating. It’s like they don’t care at all. It’s gotten so bad that these incidents don’t even make the news anymore because people have become used to deaths, disappearances, and unresolved cases. If we had a proper police system, I can’t imagine how many serial killers there are in Nigeria, because there’s no investigation or follow-up. If you have money, your case is dropped—there’s no justice at all. So, it’s really good to see Mike covering this case.
