Halfway through the video and i am not sure if you have even read the tractatus. Wittgenstein was discussing about the philosophy of language and how the description of the world is the world itself. He made a distinction between the common language and the ideal language. To say that he is a positivist is pretty ignorant to say the least because what he wrote can be very metaphysical, especially when you read his ideas about tautology and contradiction (which never really exist in the real world).
