If anyone is interested in selling health insurance, there are two words you need to be aware of "4th quarter." You will work like you have never worked before. If you do not like working overtime this industry is not for you. The majority of health plans in this country are renewed in 4th quarter. Everyone involved in the process is busy.

I am already a life and health agent. I sell life and supplemental benefits now. I still work. I started selling Medicare because a company paid for me. I am an independent agent now. I used to write sometimes 7 policies a day working for a company. Now independent, I don’t write as many a day because I am getting my own leads.
