Measure. Train for a few weeks. Measure again. ♻

You’ve got this.

2 minutes long, straight to the point, easy to understand and apply practices to improve health, against all laws of easy monetization and marketing. How could people hate this man?

Short intro, straight to the point, no fluff. Every second has to fight for its right to be in this video. Very efficient and on brand for Bryan Johnson.

I don’t care what people are saying about the don’t die movement.
I started 6 months ago to add at least one new daily health habit a week inspired by what Bryan is doing and… I already feel a HUGE improvement.
Starting the cardiovascular training this year, let’s goooo !

I’m 68 male. My resting heart rate is 41, many years of endurance training.
Doing high intensity rowing intervals, my max heart rate hits 140, and recovers to 100 after a minute, so around 40. I don’t think these charts apply to old geezers, but I’m going to assume that’s good

Bryan please do a video about fast foods, how they dominated the world, why fast food is so addictive and how can we overcome the urge to consume fast food. It would be really nice if you can pull up health studies that shows how much ones life span shortens after consuming instant noodles or a macdonalds burger. It would be facinating to learn more about how fast food decays the body, specifically which organs and systems are affected the most. Keep up the good work Bryan! You are making a positive change in this world❤

I just watched the documentary. I really can relate to divorce and the constant intense demand of business ventures being the backdrop of wanting to cease to exist. I hope we can meet one day. You are a gem. Keep going and ignore the haters. 🙏

The one issue I have with this test is my heart recovers quickly from 160 if I just get my heart rate to 160 and then sit down, but if I've been working out for an hour and it's at 160 it recovers a lot slower, which I'm guessing is the case with most people.

I feel this viscerally. Cardio helped me a ton, especially moderate zone training a.k.a. easy jogs, fast paced walks. My HR even significantly dialed down during jogs - nose-breathing is an exhaustion-indicator for me while I am jogging. And I couldnt breath mostly for more than 30 mins through my nose with slow jogs. Now I can nose-breath for over 70mins straight without feeling any discomfort and I can even speed up to a moderate jog, while still being able to sustain that slow/steady breathing. This also helped me in daily life, as I can jump up stairs now without feeling like passing out. I can integrate small bursts of running to a train or whatever, without breaking into a sweat and I immediately feel my heart returning to normal after a handful of slow and deep breaths. So keep at it and just start slow, it does wonders for your health. <3

If anyone has an Apple watch, you don't really need to manually check this, the watch already tracks this automatically (as long as you have recorded any workout sessions), it's under the "Heart > Cardio recovery" heading, it will show you a graph with your cardio recovery history, as well as an explanation on what it is measuring.
