Top 10 BEST Small Cities to Live in America for 2020

The Top 10 BEST Cities to live in the United States for 2020. Many of these small towns are in the best states to move to in America, but some are near the worst cities in the USA.

In order to determine which US city is the best (or worst), we first separated them into different groups based on their size:

Big Cities (Metropolitan population OVER 3 million residents)
Medium Cities (Metro population between 1.5 to 3 million)
Small Cities (Metro population between 500K to 1.5 million)
VERY Small City / Big Towns (Metro Population UNDER 500,000)

I'd then analyze their economy, crime and safety, cost of living, schools, health, traffic, things to do, quality of life, and a few other categories. I also implemented my personal experiences and the pros and cons of each location to find the best places to live. There will be a new video for EACH city size group, and maybe a worst places to live list too!
My biggest suggestion is to visit these cities and states first to decide where you want to move to and live.

➽ SUBSCRIBE for 2-3 new videos EVERY WEEK!

Thanks for watching From Here to There! This is another top ten video where we explain cool facts about the world, it's history and geography, starting with the different states, cities, and towns in the United States.

I’m just a teenager in a fairly boring town in Texas. I’m stuck here for a while until I’m an adult but when I feel trapped, I watch your videos and imagine moving to these cities with my girlfriend, so thanks for making a little mini escape for me

Lexington, Kentucky resident here. Glad to see us as an honorable mention, even though we are better than Louisville. On a side note, have relatives out in Colorado Springs and totally agree, lovely city I want to move to some day!

I knew Raleigh had to get #1. It’s been a pleasure living here the past year. I miss my home in Atlanta, but this is quickly growing on me. Much love Raleigh ❤️❤️

I've been to Madison a couple times and have to agree, it is such a nice city. The location itself is very unique being on an isthmus and the downtown felt very dense and urban, especially for a city of its size.

This video was right on time. Just got back from Colorado Springs a few hours ago and it’s crazy how underrated it is. It’s a paradise for anyone who likes the outdoors and touristy things to do with family/friends. I think The Springs is what most people think Denver looks like lol

As a Utahn, I appreciate the love for SLC....what's hard to explain though, is the actual population of the area. If you are talking just the initial Metro area, he is correct, but the unique sprawl of the population going North from Brigham City and Ogden down through Bountiful and to the South of Salt Lake County to Point of the Mountain (Silicon Slopes), Orem and Provo all the way to Santaquin...is called the Wasatch Front and it actually has a Metro Area of over 2.6 Million people. So in reality, though the initial city may seem small, the actual area is quite a bit bigger, numbers wise.

Don't move to Honolulu, Hawaii. The cost of living is so high, that many locals become homeless everywhere because they cannot afford the rising costs. Look for other cities in the continental U.S.
