Ford was real smart in knowing how to integrate a touch screen with certain physical buttons in the F150. This feature set allows truck customers that use gloves for work to still activate interior functionality without the removal of gloves. Great attention to detail Ford.

We had a 17 Platty that we traded for 2021 XLT Powerboost. The hybrid is awesome. During a power outage I ran the fridge and TV and fans off of it. Super practical.
We tow with it a lot, so the tailgate would actually be nice for when the horse trailer is attached, but overall it's a fantastic truck. I understand why truck people are so brand loyal.

i think ford has the best bang for the buck when it comes to the f150. i cross shopped my v8 tremor with all the other ones and the tremor had the best value and actually had proper upgraded suspension and driveline parts that were off the shelf. also the price was cheaper than the others.

Back in October we got a brand new 2024 Ford F150 XLT with the 3.5 L eco-boost V6 in the colour rapid red metallic with the blackout package and we absolutely love it! The only difference in the back on our truck is that we have the traditional tailgate step compared to that new tailgate on the platinum you guys featured in the video.

Bought a Carbonized Gray XLT 302A PowerBoost ProPower 7.2kw w/ Blackout package version last month - has enough of the tech that the higher levels do but (very comfortable) cloth seats that are heated and a standard drop. tailgate with no man step. I am very pleased - it is a sneaky fast vehicle and gets up to highway speeds better than you realize.

I don't mind the truck, but why do people who drive it think they are the only ones on the road? The truck culture really needs to be taught politeness and that the truck isn't small, unlike the thing they are trying to compensate for lol

I used to have transition glasses. You honestly don't even notice it when outside, but you kind of notice how dark it is once inside.

I bought a 2024 F150 Platinum, for a premium truck I think Ford should have done more than a regular F150 such as LED rear plate lights, integrated the radio antenna, had power tailgate button better located to raise the tailgate, air suspension, more unique dash, etc to make it more unique than other F150s. I do like the Powerboost for the power, fuel economy and on board generator.

For the record… I’m 36 and transition lenses are where it’s at. I wouldn’t go back to anything else. 😎
