I'm a Ford man at heart. And was raised on Silverados and Sierras. I love em. But... When I traded in my 2017 f150 for a 2018 tundra probably the best I've ever made. The heaviest thing I own is an 8800 lb trailer which the tundra is more than capable of towing if I ever needed to move it. It feels old school driving a Tundra and I think that's a good thing.

The Tundra is a solid truck, double C channel frame, 5.7 liter V8 has plenty of power and good reliability, and the off road capability is great as long as you keep it stock or go for the TRD package (don't put a cheap lift kit on it). The tundra and 4 runner are the two best vehicles toyota makes.

I TRULY appreciate your videos.

I grew up before the Youtube generation. I never met my father, my grandfather died when I was 5 years old, I was told later he could fix anything and looked forward to teaching me, but that day never came.

I never learned how to fix ANYTHING car related or otherwise. Well into my 20’s I just accepted that fact would not change. Not that it was impossible to learn, but it was also embarrassing that anywhere I might learn, I was SO ignorant to fixing anything, tools, etc. I just avoided any opportunity to look stupid.

I’ve learned so much from your videos and channel over the years, I’m sure many other young men like myself have too. As well as millions of other people men and women from all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life.

You may not realize it, but you’ve been in a way the adopted dad or grandfather many people in society today have grown up without.

On behalf of all your adopted kids and grandkids on Youtube... Thank You 🙏

Cars are something most of us live with and use on a daily basis our entire lives. You have truly given a gift to the world with your library of videos and this wealth of information.

Now that I have watched dozens if not hundreds of your videos, when I have kids some day, I will proudly take them into the garage, sit them down, and teach them everything they need to know about cars... by handing them an iPad with your Youtube channel turned on, subscribed, with the bell notifications on. (RING THAT BELL!)

I bought a 2019 Tundra after selling my Tacoma with 387, 000 miles on it. I have 40k on the Tundra already and it’s been fantastic. I tow with it and it pulls and handles great.

Just bought a 2019 used Toyota Tundra TRD Sport with 31, 000 on it ..my first Toyota truck...I really love this truck..rides really nice ..just had a new fuel pump put on and something to make the front bulbs brighter. Thanks Scotty for sharing your videos...great stuff. Stay safe 👍
