there should be a Senate law that obliges American companies to collaborate on a common missile launching platform and that they are interchangeable or adaptable. In doing so the systems of the houses would be upgrades and not completely new take example from the Russians s300 s400 s500 s550, they have similar silo launch platforms. you should then ask yourself whether a circular or rectangular silo is better.
