There are plenty of real measurable physical things that exist in greater quantities than the number of atoms. Number of electrons in the universe (if you dont subscribe to the one electron theory anyway), number of quarks in the universe, total number of subatomic particles in the universe, number of photons in the observable universe, or even the number of planck volumes in the observable universe
