Bollocks. In the final fight with baldur, after breaking the enchantment of freya, Kratos threw Leviathan. The axe bit violently into Baldur's shoulder and sent him flying into a wall of ice. That wound healed shortly after.

It already been said in the game of one of the npc had a conversation that thor is going crazy he think someone is poisoning his food or something which mean the venom slowly made thor weaker at the end 😂
