My fellow Americans, we really need to know what the Constitution is and what it says.He is invoking known verbiage that states are ignoring, and or hoping that you don't know your rights. 99% of people do not know the rights of a sovereign citizen. Every state, including the US government, is a "corporation." When you apply for a driver's license and vehicle registration, you are agreeing to their rules by way of "contract". When you do not if you invoke your right as a sovereign citizen according to the Constitution of the US of America, and have not agreed to come into contract with state laws you must be well versed in federal law and be able to defend it.
