I think follow up questions / statements and building on what other person says is also important. I’ve realized I sometimes have tendency to interrupt people and switch topics to my opinion. If someone says something, giving a response specifically to what they said before stating your opinion / switching to to what you want to talk about makes it seem like you’re listening better

In my experience though it doesn't matter if your not very social or interesting. As long as someone is highly physically attracted to you, that's enough. That's how most female's I've met have seen me. So thankfully I age slow🥴🤩
