I would give Natsu a bit more credit and put him on the same level as Luffy where eventually he might be able to, but as he is now no. For giorno, assuming we're just sticking to manga. Who wins is really up to how love train, wonder of u, and star platinum/the world(to a lesser extent) interact with rewind. (Im not including soft & wet go beyond or tusk act 4 because joks8ke and johnny are just too slow, johnny might have a chance of hitting giorno with a void bullet if hes really smart but not act 4.). If GER can just rewind all of them he wins, no doubt. The only road block would be ultimate kars, and I'm pretty confident that either GER just kills him or giorno can BFR him

No, Wonder For U does not win and is not a natural counter to GER, no, D4C Love Train does not win either. GER would simply disable the native abilities of the Stands, punch them and trap them in an eternal loop of deaths.

Guys, GER literally nullified King Crimson's temporal erasure. Literally, he reset to zero something that **did not exist**, in addition to being able to see and interact with Diavolo in the erased time. (I don't know if you understood that GER nullified something that did not exist. What are the chances of him not being able to nullify the Calamity or the bad luck?)

In addition to having altered an exact future that Diavolo saw. The boss saw that future, he just couldn't reach it because of GER.

So, no. No Stand has a chance of beating GER.
