Wow, if there's ever been an exception to the rule that video game adaptations have to be terrible, it's Arcane. This show has perhaps become my favorite of all time, and I was greatly inspired to write a song about Jinx and her charmingly edgy state of mind. This show also inspired me to play the game, but that's a story for another time. Mistakes were made.

But seriously Avi - great song. The clear difference between Jinx and Powder in lyrics is nice(as are the lyrics itself), also the song really feels... "zaun-like" thanks to the genre choice, especially Jinx parts.

When the album first came out this song wasn’t one I cared for. I hadnt seen Arcane then and I just didnt really get it.
Since then Ive watched Arcane and now this song is one of my favorites. Lyrics fit the character of Jinx SO well and the instrumentals capture the tone of the show wonderfully. Amazing job with this one.

What i love the most about this song, is it portrays the desperation of Jynx perfectly. However, the lyrical bridge at the end (to me) portrays the moment she breaks.

And let's talk about the show for a minute. I loved how through the entire show you see Jynx chipping and cracking, through all 8 of the 9 episodes. She's trying desperately to be with her sister. But the way she breaks on the 9th episode, with the symbology of the rocket was beautiful. When she broke, her world exploded.

I watched the entire 9 episode series of Arcane. My conclusion is that this is one of the best series to hit TV ever in the history of TV. Ever.

I also concluded that if no one else will, I'd give Jinx a hug, because she needs a big hug.
