I can’t figure out how to switch to auto mode where it automatically heats and cools. I keep pressing mode but it only switches from heat, cool and off.

Here's a question for you. In system setup I accidentally picked Celsius. I can't locate system setup anymore ??? I want to change to fahrenheit.

How do we reset it completely to factory reset? The booklet and online say to remove batteries for at least 2 minutes. We did that and all the Same info was still in it. So we removed the batteries again but for 25-30 mins, and the information is still in it and has not reset.
We’re having issues with our heat turning on and it’s -5 where we live and trying to figure out if someone hit or changed the settings to something else. I’d be grateful if someone can please respond quickly so we can check if that’s the issue. Our furnace is working, it turns on time to time but doesn’t stay on and or get up to the temp we’re setting it on. The thermostat is fairly new. Bought and installed on 3/17/22. So less then a year old. We also put in new batteries first to see if that was an issue but it wasn’t because nothing changed. Also furnace is only 10 years old. But before wasting hundreds or thousands of dollars that we do not have, I don’t want to call someone to look or fix it if that’s not the problem or not.

If you do full screen, you are able to see it. I had no trouble and was able to program my thermostat

What does the heat cool mean? That part didn't make sense. There's 2 values you need to input. Once you save it, what does that mean? Heat/cool?

Does anyone know why this thermostat stays at 74/73/72 all day when my ac is set to 68??
My old honeywell always went to 68

Wheres the uk support? The t3 in the uk looks and operates completely different to this US version

Where is the simple off /on button. My kids can work this thing but I can’t! I do not want to spend other winter freezing my butt off!
It’s not winter yet but if feels like it right now they have the air on when it should be off. ! I’m freezing. On the positive note, the air conditioning works🥶

Quality of the video is about as good and the quality of the design for programming the thermostat. If you haven’t already bought one of these, save yourself some grief and buy a different product.
