My diet as a non veg
Breakfast:- tomato with tofu (200g) raw water soaked brown chane (100g) black coffee

School lunch box :- normal jo mummy ne diya

Dinner:- 4 boiled egg fixed 7 days a week (Mon web fri su ) non veg chicken mutton or fish jo papa ka man kiya....

Age 17 body weight 60 kg hight 5, 7
