I feel like every time someone asks "can you taste the tofu" it proves they've never had it lmao- I have never been able to taste the tofu in tofu dishes even if it's a straight cube of it with some spices 💀

Tbh, I’m always intimidated by mushrooms because I come from a South Indian household and there are barely any mushroom dishes here… Also, sometimes I don’t like its raw taste… This video is encouraging me to try more mushroom dishes and even tofu for that matter…. Looks delicious 🤤… Also, I really love the energy you give in every video ❤❤❤

Can u make ur childhood comfort dishes? I used to have 14-16 mini dosas which were soaked in fresh and hot sambar w/ cilantro chutney/tomato chutney Or coconut chutney.

i LOVE silken tofu. i get the boxed kind and blend it in with a red pepper pasta sauce i make. (roast 2-3 bell peppers, 2-4 tomatoes, 1 head of garlic, 1-2 small onions, any other veggies on 425 for 40ish minutes and blend it!) protein in pasta sauce?? yes PLEASE. gonna try this recipe too, it sounds AWESOME

I learned the silken tofu trick on accident. I was watching a recipe video where someone used blended white beans to bulk up a tomato soup. And I didn't have white beans, but I'm like tofu is beans right? Worked like a charm.
