2 week Update - It looks alot better after scraping the excess epoxy off after it rained. The crack has been held in the same spot and the chip stayed sealed. Maybe it'll last a year or two!?

The quick repair is still holding up 2 weeks later. There are still some small air bubbles I couldn't get out. So far so good!

I've done a similar repair 4 years ago and still holds.
What I've done different, at the end of the crack I've punched a bullseye to prevent further expansion of the crack. Using UV light helped not to have any bubbles.

Where do you get a windshield replaced for $485?! That's a better deal than I've ever been quoted.
