Apple Watch OS8 brings further hands free accessibility features to your Watch. Assistive Touch is an accessibility feature that detects hand gestures to control a cursor and navigate your Apple Watch display.

You can use a combination of gestures such as pinch (pinching your finger together) and clench (clenching your fist) as well as using a motion pointer to control your Watch OS8 Apple Watch hands free. The watch is smart enough to detect when you are doing these things with your hand.

Use this feature when you don't have the option to use a second hand. You can also use your nose to tap the screen and turn the digital crown. You can customise the hand gestures to perform many different functions for you. Assistive touch watchos 8 works for Apple Watch SE, Series 7 and Series 8.

I was Very hesitant to buy a Apple Watch because I was born with only one hand. But I have been having health problems and I was practically bed ridden. I wanted a push and reminder to remind me to get up and do what I could for any amount of time. Just some movement. So when I found out I can use my ONE HAND to navigate I was so happy I made the purchase!!! I’ve had it for 5 days and my family is so proud and happy for me. I even went shopping with my daughter at IKEA!! I walked a little more than half way with my upright walker while she came behind me with the electric chair basket thingy. And I was so excited. With your help now I can navigate so much more now. Thank you for making this video. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I’ve only had my Apple Watch 7 for 3 weeks and already learned how much more it can do than I first thought. Your excellent video, perhaps a wee bit fast for an old man, has at least doubled the usability of this brave new world.
