Imagine buying a watch and turning off the feature that displays the time when you raise your wrist lmao

Obviously turning off AOD will be a big difference but list raise in a major feature that I could never give up

I guess this is a good idea for people who aren’t using to watch to workout . However, many of us use our Apple watch to work out, and it’s essential for us for this watch to have the display on whenever we look at it . For instance, if I’m running outside and in the middle of my run I want to know what’s my current pace, I would like to just look at my watch and have this information available. It would be uncomfortable and inefficient if I had to push buttons on my watch while I’m running in order to find out what my current pace is. Furthermore, sometimes when I push buttons on the middle of the run, what I end up doing is deleting the current workout information.

In some scenario it is useful use the "theatre mode" and aldo modify the settings regarding oxygen (to still measure), I try this better thatn disable the raise to wrist when I'm working

After recent update battery life got shorter. I didn’t have to switch off “raise to” or other stuff you recommended and my watch lasted me more than a day.

My friend, is it normal for the battery level to drop from 66% to 54% in an hour and a half, and the usage is very normal?

Turning off wrist raise. Keep always on display off most of the time unless I feel like showing that I have a series 8 😂 wake on crown up is useful as you can turn the crown gradually until it’s just bright enough to see

I turned off always on almost immediately on my s5, it uses so much extra power and for what? For the display to be on when I'm not even looking at it??
