most of the times bootloop for watches are exactly cause of battery - it could be even not swollen but just bad.

This exact same things happened to my mothers series 0, took it to Apple and they just gave her a brand new one. Still works well to this day. (This was 2years ago).

I had a similar things with bootlooping especially hard brick phones. I really can't do anything about it. It can't even enter for recovery mode.
