Do you think now is the time to invest in commercial property in the UK? I believe there are several pros and cons when compared to residential property investing. The residential property does not favour the landlord while it's a bit more fair on the commercial side. For commercial properties with tenant in place, I tend to look for Amazon-proof or recently Pandemic-proof businesses in these properties, ie in my portfolio I have a drive-thru premises tenanted with Burger King which came out the strongest after Covid, no rents missed etc

Out of the examples you mentioned which would would you say is the best? Warehouse or offices etc?

Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
