The whole main point of refunding a game is because you most likely didn’t enjoy the game and want your money back. But of course PlayStation thinks that people will spend $70 on a game and not try it out.

As I was scrolling I realised that you respond to most comments which is commendable, but my issue is with God Of War. I accidentally bought the default edition (which was in my cart unknowingly at the time aswell as the deluxe edition) so I was charged twice for the same game and the only feedback im getting from sony is “im sorry I cannot connect you to a support agent at this time” is there any feedback or help you can give?

It’s says if it’s started downloading your not eligible but it automatically starts downloading on your console on ps5

I was following the guide, and it's clear BTW, when the bot tried to contact an agent, it took 40min and when the agent responded, I was just getting back to the room, she asked for my email and number, when I was typing them, only 1min have passed, she closed the chat..🙂, when I tried again the time has already passed, I'll try tomorrow in hope of a patient agent to help me out..Great vid tho..☃️

I purchased a game/add on for my PS5 after upgrading and about 5 minutes later I found out that you can’t play between PS5 and PS4. I STARTED downloading until about 2% then stopped. I’m not sure what to do or say to the assistant
