I bought Farming Simulator 25 on Ps5 cause I thought it was gonna run a bit better than on pc, it kinda does. What I didn’t realize, cause I couldn’t get far into the game on pc, was that the controls, menu, and settings suck. Giants software needs to pull it together.
Anyway, PlayStation needs to get a better refund system in place. I would love if they had one like steam, so I could refund any game that has bad/weird controls,

They should have made it, so that you sign in and you don't have to tell all of your info to someone, they just know who you are because you're signed in. Feels weird giving him everything except my password. 😅

In Britain we have the digital rights act. So if you have played the game and it's it's not of satisfactory quality like bugs performance or not to your liking you have 14 days to a refund of any digital product. Games books films and so on. So I would check your rights in your country. It took me a few weeks to get my refund of chivalry 2 when it come out on PlayStation and I threatened legal action against them if I was not refunded because the law here is above and beyond playstation policy.

I got screwed tf over I bought the early access vault edition on one of my PS5 accounts instead of the main one I used because I had a temporary ban on it. I need help getting the vault edition to my main account but instead it’s saying I have to spend 100 dollars again despite having the same credit card info on both the accounts and even trying to set the alternate account as primary thinking I can download it off of that, didn’t help either It makes no sense to me and I’m in desperate help like wtf the game isn’t even out yet

7 months late, but since I panicked & really struggled, I hope that this will help someone in future.

If you want a refund for a game or DLC, and already started downloading and already downloaded, as long as you haven't started gaming it, they'll refund you, I repeat; as long as you haven't started gaming but already downloaded, they'll refund you as long as you're within the 14 day grace period . I also read that the playstation support from United Kingdom will still offer you a refund even after you started gaming, provided that you're within the 14 days range so it may be worth a try
