I spent two days trying refund my game. They put me on que over 200 and each time I wait . The page get disconnected. I spent like 4 hours in total so annoying. So easy to take ur money so difficult to get ur money back. Shame on u playstation

Usually a pre order doesn't involve paying in full up front. They should only take the money when the game is released

We wanted to upgrade a preorder but had to buy it twice. It really sucks how the Sony store goes about this, if its an off hour pretty much a big f you. There's no way to 'upgrade' preorder which would have negated the need for this. Thank you for the video.

This is annoying. On PS4 you'd literally just view the game in your game library on your PS4, where it would show you a countdown to the release date and it gave you an option to cancel.

My game says "dummy file" in my ps4 library but I pre ordered the game (eafc24), I first played the trial version, purchased the pre order of eafc 24 but the game is supposed to automatically download the 27th September 2023 but it is yet to automatically download, so do I wait for the full release of the game which is the 29th September or do I refund and repurchase the game??? Please get back to me on this.
