How to Fix Fortnite Cross-Platform Play Currently Disabled in Xbox | Fortnite Not Working in Xbox

Error Message :-
Please open Xbox Live Settings, select Privacy and Online Safety under the Accounts tab, select Xbox Live Privacy, select View details and Customize, select Communication and Multiplayer, and enable play with people outside of Xbox Live. Then return to the game and press CONFIRM when ready.

Guys put all the cross play settings to block then turn off the xbox then go back to settings and switch it back to allow then do a hard reset on ur console by hitting the xbox button then restart console this worked for me hope this helps good luck

I’m pretty sure it’s a problem on epics side. Quick update, I’ve found that holding Y on your controller clears the error code. Seems the ‘Y’ button method has been patched, you could try holding the menu button that’s the three lines button next to the Xbox logo hope this helps x

This is NOT your xbox issue. Thats purely on epics side. Bad patch/servers. Reseting your device wont help.
You can start "solo" game and you will connect absolutely fine. But as soon ad you want to connect with other party members - it pops up.

And btw at the moment sbmm system is also bugged. Quite funny to play against 400+lvl streamers while I barely got lvl 68. Hillarious.

Are we all having the same problems? Because when this thing pops up for me I literally can’t connect to my game again and this only happens on Fortnite so I’m guessing this is a epic issue because I play overwatch and valorant and this does not happen at all

what works for me is when the message comes up, hold down y. It’ll take you back to lobby and then try again. Usually doesn’t come up second time
