It won’t let me turn it on or off I can choose allow and block on it but it still gives me the message on my screen and puts me in a infinite loop of putting my passkey in and choosing allow and doing the passkey thing over and over again

I have this on already, and in the settings in the actual Fortnite game in the account and privacy settings the cross play setting isn’t even there ? Like there’s no option in the game to turn it on? Can you explain that ? I’ve had two friends walk me through how to turn it on in the game. I figured out the Xbox settings way before this. But why isn’t it showing up in the game ?

Thanks so helpful, one comment is that if it says the account is a child account you need to go on to a adult account and change there setting to teen or adult so that they can invite and join people.

My lad fortnight has been doing this since the last update and it’s quite annoying I’ve tried everything that’s possible delete game, going into Xbox settings clear cache reset Xbox back to new and still doing it this game is a joke
