Here we go, Team...let's get into some serious sweat! I wanna celebrate 100k subscribers on YouTube with this 60 min Tabata HIIT session. I created this workout to have maximum fun while we burn loots of calories. It's decided in 5 circles, All Standing, No Jumping, Cardio Kickboxing, Static Balance and Power Cardio. Let's GO!

*The number of calories you burn will vary from person to person depending on your body composition, workout intensity and also fitness level but this might serve as a guideline.

As always, Eleni’s exercise gradually brings my body to sweat, which I really LOVE! It makes workout not so hard. Her subscription is close to 1M but I think she should have been long time ago. Way to go, Eleni!🎉

I am post-beginner/early intermediate level (self-proclaimed 😬) when it comes to cardio workout. Its been a while that I have been working out Eleni's 45 MIN GETTING LEAN HITT WORKOUT+ ABS FINISHER. Try this workout for first time today and I burn 580 Calories with average heart rate 140 according Apple Watch setting HITT. I am 5'2" with 57 kg. I obviously was unable to keep up with her speed, intensity and frequency because of complexity of some exercises. And took longer break due to short phone calls and I took advantage to rest :)). Great workout and made me feel accomplished.

Phenomenal workout! I love that almost every exercise is a combination of more than one move. Keeps the mind working and makes it so much more fun and challenging. Also love how it’s divided into different sections. Would love some more Tabata one hour workouts - standing ones are my favourite. Thank you!
