Watching the Vivoli part with the mango spritz. When my wife and I went on our honeymoon in Florence 20 years ago Vivoli was considered the best gelato in Italy and possibly the best “ice cream” in the world. We went back to Italy several times and always went to Vivoli. But we haven’t been in years and then they opened their second location ever after like 100 years in Florence at Disney Springs, which we live 15 minutes from?! I got to surprise my wife on our anniversary a while back as she would have had no reason to ever expect Vivoli to be there.
