Their suffering is immense because they are never in peace! Their racing thoughts cause much suffering for them! How do we help as they cannot be held responsible for their childhood trauma? It was inflicted upon them ... circumstances, parents and environment! Is there any room for compassion! ? It's a very destructive situation!!!
