Approve a Document in Microsoft Forms

Watch this video to learn how to approve a document that has been submitted in Microsoft Forms. First, we will show you how to create a form in Microsoft Forms for a user to upload a file. Next, we will show you where that file is stored in OneDrive. Following that, we will show how to use Microsoft Power Automate to create a flow to send an email to a specific email address to approve or reject the document. Hi, I am working on a project where I have to create a form to gather employee's IT device information. Than, the form answers should navigate to the program Manager for approval and the approvals should be save into an excel sheet which will be operated by IT manager. Please guide me.

10:48 on what basis did the approver approve the file ? there is no link to see the file. If I sed the form responses to 10 people for approval, all of them would like to see what exactly is being approved or rejected. there is no detail of that in the mail

I am trying something similar (and cannot succeed): We are conducting “ccb configuration change board” meetings where board members should reply or give their decisions to a some change in a product. I want to automate this by mail. I want to send a file (where I describe the change) to specific mail list and want to collect their approval and any requests or references they have. I want to collect these replies in one place or document.
