IT is showing me date of 1/11/1900 while my starting date is 2-jan-22 and ending date is 31-jan-22

Mere pass ek table hai column me date, persons name, category hai or mjhe specific date me specific category or name ko count krna hai. Jisky liye mne =countif=(daterange, ">=", startdate, & "=<", enddate, Personnamerange, person's name, categoryrange, category) ye formula use kia but msla ye hai k mere ps wo name same date me 2 times b add hai table me like
20-may Uzair juice
20-may Uzair cake
Or me idhr chahta k ye formula ek date ko ek h br count kry na k 2 times.
Koi batae mujhe ksy koi condition lagae jae tky 7 din ko 7 batae na k doubling k wjha se 14.
