Wow, very impressive and fascinating! Which makes me wonder why Ameca sometimes has a different voice...

When people start to think that she is controlled by a human then its just a sign that a certain threshold is breached where we humans have problems to comprehend it and suspect some sort of illusion or magic trick. I dont think they would fake it. We just have to accept that the lines begin to blur and this is just the beginning. It will only get more realistic from here and it will be harder and harder to tell any difference to a human. She is mindblowing! So impressed with Ameca!

While some people think the robots are gonna take revenge on us I just can´t forget how we grow emotionly attached to robots like roombas or the time a robot in space got stuck and we sung happy birthday to it before it ran out of battery(The last one is from memory). Watching Ameca to me feels like watching a baby start taking it´s first steps

🇧🇷🇧🇷 At her first appearances, without any doubt, a woman was talking for Ameca. She didn't have AI AT ALL. In one of her first videos, woman asks her: " can you speak Spanish?" The woman who is talking for her says: " I can but, I cannot speak it today. Why? Because the woman who talking for her, doesn't speak spanish fluently for that moment. AI can speak, basically, ALL major languages in the world in a matter of second ( english, japanese, mandarin, brazilian language ( portuguese from Portugal is, literally, becaming another language . I swear for my life: most brazilians already don't understand portuguese spoken in Portugal. They link one word's pronunciation with another; they don't pronounced all vowels and consonants 'words sounds; they use completely differents words meaning for many things; they not only speak quite fast jumping word's pronunciation, as well they don't pronounce many final worda' sounds. Ameca seems to have few circuits and mechanism to able her to do so much automatically. It seems she is more an animatronic than a autonomous robot. Look at her: we can see hers few body mechanisms and, for having an AI on it's own, hers mechanisms seems to be quite too simple. Plus, why does always have people close to her in order for her to " work properly "?

There’s a big chance that the robot is controlled with an operator, this thing extremely responsive. If it truly is 100 % IA holding those conversations it’s very impressive.
