This is all BS. Two trillion dollars savings Musk said made me shxt myself laughing. All gov staff (except dod) represent 200 billion discretionary spending. So where to cut? The 860 billion dollars from defense. Yes shrink the military is expenses but also active duty members. It aligns with a non interventionist strategy. One place Musk is hesitant to cut are private contractors (he himself gets 20 billion).
