Another theory I heard was that Harry Potter imagined all the stuff that happened in the series because the Dursley's tormented him so much he went insane so that's why he starts dreaming about Hogwarts and that's why it was right after his long punishment. If I remember correctly, The Fairly odd parents was one of them. And in the show, Timmy wishes so that nobody could ever age again.
