Moloch: Presumably his horn taken as display as shown on his achievement.
Lord Blackburn: His armors can be collected and can briefly boost all towers damage stats in Vengeance.
Nazeru: Sucked back into a lamp and later sold by a merchant.
Mallaghar: Presumably survived since his sightings during Hammerhold campaign are considered as easter egg achievement.
Umbra: Presumably survived since his achievement picture showcasing the small part of him contained in a jar.
Zyzzx: Presumably his hides are turned into a leather shoe as shown in his achievement.
