For cutting aluminu with a CNC router, use lower cut depth and much higher feedrate. That way you don't stay in one spot for long enough to cause the aluminum to soften and clog the tool. You're moving so slow that you are heating up the local areas. Use one or two flute tools. I recommend using alcohol for bit cooling with small jobs because it works really well and leaves a clean part, bed and whatever else stuff is splattered onto. The downside with alcohol is the fumes. It needs a lot of ventilation, especially on large time consuming jobs.

WD-40 is really good for aluminum, but alcohol is just cleaner and works just as well for routing. I use a mist cooler with alcohol on my machine.

Both WD-40 and alcohol are trade tricks when cutting aluminum.
